    ST CEZAIRE – 3 BEDROOMED APARTMENT, SLEEPS 6, 2 BALCONIES, SEPARATE ENTRANCE, PANORAMIC VIEWS We have 2, 3 bedroomed balcony apartments and these our most popular units.  St Cezaire has just been completely refurbished and is tastefully decorated in the style of ‘Provence’. This very spacious 3 bedroomed apartment, has high ceilings and its own separate entrance.  It enjoys 2 floors. On the ground it floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer.  There are 2 double bedrooms on this floor, one with its own balcony with sea/woodland views. A bathroom with bath/shower over and a separate toilet.  The comfortable lounge/diner opens to your balcony with panoramic views to Cannes and the sea. On the 2nd floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with views to the woods and gardens. There is a 2nd modern bathroom with shower. All comfortable king size beds, can be twins or doubles. You can enjoy 2 balconies to catch the sun. The main balcony has panoramic views to Cannes and the coast and a handy chimney barbecue. The 2nd balcony has side views to the sea and woods/gardens.     A spacious house (150m2) with 2 floors with private entrance and the feel of a private villa, although attached to the main building. On the first floor there is a large and stately lounge area with a large fireplace and double patio doors leading out to the grand terrace. The Conservatory/Dining Room leads off to the newly renovated professional kitchen with full facilities to enjoy cooking whilst you are here.  You have large double doors opening up to the 60sqm spacious terrace and where you can enjoy the panoramic views whilst dining. Families who have stayed here, enjoy the safety as the terrace is so spacious for sunbathing and to keep a watchful eye on your smaller children. On the 2nd floor there are 4 double bedrooms, with comfortable king size beds (doubles/twins). The views from the bedrooms are truly beautiful, and one bedroom even has its own entrance, The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower. There is a further bathroom with shower in the hallway. Fully equipped professional kitchen and WiFi.
