For families it is spacious and extremely comfortable. It has a large full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and an oven. It has large modern shower room and a separate toilet. The lounge/dining room, has a wonderful fireplace and is very relaxing and looks out onto the wonderful views. It has a second patio with a sun terrace. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV with French channels. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which can be configured to have either a king size bed or two single beds and the third one, which comes with a double bed. Free WiFi is also available. Enjoy your patio where you can experience outdoor dining/cooking on the handy chimney barbecue, whilst enjoying the breath taking view of Cannes and the coast. This very spacious 3 bedroomed apartment, has high ceilings and its own separate entrance.  It enjoys 2 floors. On the ground it floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer.  There are 2 double bedrooms on this floor, one with its own balcony with sea/woodland views. A bathroom with bath/shower over and a separate toilet.  The comfortable lounge/diner opens to your balcony with panoramic views to Cannes and the sea. On the 2nd floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with views to the woods and gardens. There is a 2nd modern bathroom with shower. All comfortable king size beds, can be twins or doubles.
