This homely 3 bedroom villa for six people is spacious and gives you total privacy away from the main building. Overlooking the large pool it enjoys panoramic views to Cannes, Nice and the surrounding villages. With its own driveway and parking.
For families it is spacious and extremely comfortable. It has a large full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and an oven. It has large modern shower room and a separate toilet. The lounge/dining room, has a wonderful fireplace and is very relaxing and looks out onto the wonderful views.
It has a second patio with a sun terrace. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV with French channels. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which can be configured to have either a king size bed or two single beds and the third one, which comes with a double bed. Free WiFi is also available.
Enjoy your patio where you can experience outdoor dining/cooking on the handy chimney barbecue, whilst enjoying the breath taking view of Cannes and the coast. It has a further larger patio to the side (with awning for shade) giving you privacy to sunbathe and relax.
